By accessing or using wirelogs.comand the tools, content and services available on it (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Wirelogs is a free directory of online tools and utilities. Most tools run entirely in your browser. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Wirelogs. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
- Upload, process or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or circumvent any feature of the Service
- Use automated systems that send more requests than a human can reasonably produce
- Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute our tools without permission
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the files, text and other content you process through Wirelogs. Because almost all processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive a copy of your content and we do not claim any rights to it.
6. Intellectual property
The Wirelogs name, logo, design, source code and original content are owned by Wirelogs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The Service may include links to or rely on third-party services (for example Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Mailchimp). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.
8. Advertisements
Wirelogs is supported in part by advertising. We may display ads served by Google AdSense and other partners. We do not endorse any advertised product or service and are not responsible for the ads themselves.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate. See our Disclaimer for more details.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wirelogs and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data or files, loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wirelogs and its contributors from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Wirelogs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
